Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, is almost here! It is an American holiday observed annually on June 19th to commemorate the emancipation of the last remaining enslaved African Americans in Texas. Celebrate with these DIY confetti poppers that everyone will enjoy. I made this fun project last year for a 4th of July segment with Good Day Tampa Bay. I thought it would be a perfect way to get the kids excited about Juneteenth. My boys love making a mess so this is the perfect craft for them. I know everyone has plenty of toilet paper rolls around the house due to the pandemic. Grab a few more supplies and create these awesome DIY confetti poppers for Juneteenth.
