It is an American holiday observed annually on June 19th to commemorate the emancipation of the last remaining enslaved African Americans in Texas.  Celebrate with these DIY confetti poppers that everyone will enjoy. I made this fun project last year for a 4th of July segment with Good Day Tampa Bay. I thought it would be a perfect way to get the kids excited about Juneteenth. My boys love making a mess so this is the perfect craft for them. I know everyone has plenty of toilet paper rolls around the house due to the pandemic.
