This Halloween chocolate bark is the perfect festive treat. I know that pink is the trending color this year or most people like the traditional colors. However, I thought it would be nice to use turquoise food coloring for this bark. You can use whatever color you like though. This Halloween chocolate bark is completely customizable. You can add any sprinkles, candy or other goodies. Get creative with your sweet treat!

Ingredients for Halloween Chocolate Bark

  • 16 ounces white chocolate wafers
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate covered pretzels
  • 1 tsp sanding sugar
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles assorted Halloween colors
  • 1 tbsp candy skulls
  • 2 tbsp candy eyeballs
  • 1 tbsp candy ghosts
  • 2 tbsp sugar pearls (white & black)

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Next, start melting your white chocolate wafers or candy melts in a melting pot, microwave or double boiler. I love this Wilton Melting Pot because it was easy to use and my previous experience using a microwave was a complete fail. It was a hot mess situation. However, use whichever option works for you. Now add a few drops of turquoise food coloring then mix it into the melted chocolate. After that, pour the melted chocolate on the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it about ¼ inch thick. Now it’s time to add the sprinkles, candy skulls and ghosts, sanding sugar, candy eyes, sugar pearls and pretzels to the top of the melted chocolate.

Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Allow the Halloween chocolate bark to sit for 30 minutes. After that, remove the chocolate bark from the refrigerator once it has cooled. Now cut or break the bark into pieces using your hands. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

You can use the same ingredients or switch it up using nuts, cookies, marshmallow or mini candy bars.
