This glue dot practice worksheet is a great way to help kids work on controlling their glue bottles. It’s a task that requires a lot of practice and patience. My youngest will be attending VPK next year and I wanted to find a fun way to help him practice at home. This worksheet will help develop those important fine motor skills for your little ones.

Supplies for Glue Dot Practice Worksheet
- White cardstock
- FREE Christmas tree printable
- FREE glue dot practice worksheet
- FREE Christmas glue dot practice worksheet
Start by downloading the FREE glue dot practice worksheet then print on white cardstock. Next, either make your own Christmas trees or download the FREE printable. You can use different color cardstock for the trees or keep it simple. Have your child add tiny drops of glue to the dots then place the mini Christmas trees on top of each dot of glue. Your child can make a pattern with Christmas trees or work on counting as they glue them on each dot.
I also included extra worksheets that only require adding drops of glue on each dot. No need to add the Christmas trees. See the supply list to download the worksheets.
Check out the video I shared on TikTok of my son practicing how to handle a glue bottle. There are small bottles available if that is easier for your little ones. They can always work their way up to the standard size bottle before they start school.
