Supplies for Tissue Paper Apple
- Tissue paper
- Recycled cardboard
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pencil
- Apple template
Directions
- First, download and print the apple template on cardstock then cut. Use a pencil to trace the apple on recycled cardboard. Cut it out then set it aside. If you have a Cricut, find an apple template then cut the image.
- Next, have your child use safety scissors to cut the green, brown and red tissue papers into small pieces. If they are not ready for scissors, let them tear pieces of tissue paper for this craft.
- Finally, crumple the tissue paper into small balls then glue onto the cardboard apple until it’s completely covered. My tip is to start with the stem and leaf.
