Supplies for Yarn Wrapped Apple Craft
- Apple template
- Recycled cardboard
- Glue
- Tape
- Paint (red & green)
- Scissors
- Red yarn
- Foam brush or paintbrush
- Pencil
- Cricut (optional)

Directions
- First, download, print then cut out the FREE apple template. See supplies to get the template. If you have a cutting machine like a Cricut, search for an apple image then cut.
- Next, paint a portion of the cardboard red then a small section green. Set it aside to completely dry.
- Use a pencil to trace the apple template on the recycled cardboard then cut.
- Tape the beginning of your red yarn to the back of your painted cardboard apple. Now, wrap the yarn around the apple in different directions, leaving some of the painted cardboard showing through. Cut the yarn and tape the end securely to the back.
- Finally, tape or glue the stem and leaf onto the back of the apple near the top. You’re ready to show off your yarn wrapped apple or decorate your home.
