Ingredients for Back to School Frozen Yogurt Bark
- Alphabet sprinkle mix (I purchased mine from Michaels)
- Baking sheet
- Rainbow nonpareils
- Vanilla whole milk yogurt
- Jimmies (red, yellow & green)
- Green sugar pearls
- Honey
- Parchment paper

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, mix your vanilla yogurt and honey. Now pour the mixture on top of the baking sheet. Finally, add the alphabet sprinkle mix, nonpareils, Jimmies and green candy pearls to the top of the yogurt mixture.
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let it sit for at least two hours. After that, remove the frozen yogurt bark from the freezer. Now cut the bark using a knife. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Here are some eating tips: it’s frozen, which means it’s going to melt quickly. Wrap a piece of parchment paper around the piece of frozen bark before giving it to your child. Another option is serving it in a bowl to contain the mess. Or you could go the messy route: melted frozen yogurt on their hands so keep lots of napkins, wipes or a towel nearby.
