Ingredients for Rainbow White Chocolate Bark
- 16 ounces white chocolate wafers
- Rainbow nonpareils sprinkles
- Air Heads Xtreme bites
- Rainbow sprinkle mix

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Next, start melting your white chocolate wafers or candy melts in a melting pot, microwave or double boiler. I love this Wilton Melting Pot because it was easy to use. Pour the melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it about ¼ inch thick. Finally, add the rainbow nonpareils, Air Head Xtreme bites and rainbow sprinkle mix to the top of the melted chocolate.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Allow the rainbow white chocolate bark to sit for 30 minutes. After that, remove the white chocolate bark from the refrigerator once it has cooled. Now cut with a knife or break the bark into pieces using your hands. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

This rainbow white chocolate bark is loaded with candy that everyone in your family will enjoy! You can also add marshmallows, pretzels or any other candy that your kids will love. Feeling extra creative? Use neon food gel coloring to change the color of your white chocolate bark.
