Ingredients for Easter Bark
- 16 ounces white chocolate wafers
- Easter candy
- Mini egg sprinkle mix
- Easter sprinkle mix
- Pink sanding sugar
First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Next, start melting your white chocolate wafers or candy melts in a melting pot, microwave or double boiler. I love this Wilton Melting Pot because it was easy to use. Pour the melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it about ¼ inch thick. Finally, add the Easter candy, pink sanding sugar, Easter sprinkle mix and mini egg sprinkle mix to the top of the melted chocolate.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Allow the Easter bark to sit for 30 minutes. After that, remove the white chocolate bark from the refrigerator once it has cooled. Now cut with a knife or break the bark into pieces using your hands. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week. I doubt you will have any left after a few days.
This Easter bark can make a great gift to a friend, family member or for your child’s Easter basket. You can also make this for a spring celebration at home or for your co-workers. Don’t forget you can customize this treat with your favorite candy, pretzels or nuts.
