Juneteenth is a day of celebration, family and enjoying good food. I made this super easy white chocolate Juneteenth bark for my kids. They look forward to these sweet treats every holiday. You only need a few ingredients and can customize it to include anything you like. Red food is so important to the Juneteenth celebration so I made sure to include it in this treat. Ingredients for white chocolate Juneteenth bark

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Next, start melting your white chocolate wafers or candy melts in a melting pot, microwave or double boiler. I love this Wilton Melting Pot because it was easy to use. Pour the melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it about ¼ inch thick. Finally, add the sprinkles and M&M’s milk chocolate candies to the top of the melted chocolate.

Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Allow the white chocolate Juneteenth bark to sit for 30 minutes. After that, remove the white chocolate bark from the refrigerator once it has cooled. Now cut with a knife or break the bark into pieces using your hands. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week. I doubt you will have any left after a few days.

This white chocolate bark is the perfect treat to add to your dessert table. You can also wrap it and give it to a family member or friend. Don’t forget you can customize this treat with your favorite candy, pretzels or nuts.
