Valentine's Day white chocolate bark

This Valentine’s Day white chocolate bark is the perfect holiday treat! Pink and red are the traditional colors for Valentine’s Day so I decided to stick with this trend. However, you can use whatever color makes you happy. This Valentine’s Day white chocolate bark is completely customizable. You can add any sprinkles, candy or other goodies. Get creative with your sweet treat!

Ingredients for Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Bark

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Next, start melting your white chocolate wafers or candy melts in a melting pot, microwave or double boiler. I love this Wilton Melting Pot because it was easy to use. Pour the melted white chocolate on the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it about ¼ inch thick. Finally, it’s time to add the sprinkles, sanding sugar and candy lips to the top of the melted chocolate.

Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Allow the Valentine’s Day white chocolate bark to sit for 30 minutes. After that, remove the white chocolate bark from the refrigerator once it has cooled. Now cut with a knife or break the bark into pieces using your hands. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

You can use the same ingredients or switch it up using pretzels, cookies or mini candy bars. Get creative and have fun! Want something less sweet? Substitute the white chocolate with vanilla yogurt.
